Diopter Adjustment: The Vision goggles have built-in adjustment from +2.00D to -5.00D. Subtract this range from your regular prescription when selecting SPH.
Example (myopia): Regular prescription -6.25 → Adjust goggles to -5.00D → Order lenses at -1.25 SPH (-6.25 + 5.00 = -1.25).
