Easy to order online

With my prescription, it was easy to order new lenses online for my Meta RayBan glasses. The lenses transition nicely in the sun and back to clear. The bifold is perfect for my near and far vision. They were well packaged with simple instructions to pop them in. They took about 10 days to arrive to the Boston area.

Honest Review

First, let me say that I’m a licensed optician of 30 years. I also have experience making lenses. I purchased lenses for my Meta Quest goggles from VR Wave two years ago. I was very impressed with the lens quality. So when I bought the Ray Ban Meta sunglasses and saw VR Wave offered prescription lenses for them, I had to give them a try. I chose the single vision, grey photochromic (transition) lenses for the 51mm Wayfarer style frames. Of course, the packaging and presentation by VR Wave is great. They’re protected in their own carrying case, which doubles as a case to protect the original lenses after changing them out. The anti-reflection coating looks pretty good, and the lenses darken in sunlight. But as an optician, the prescription is what matters most. Long story short, the lenses are optically perfect. The PD matched up as well.
I want to give the progressive lenses a try, but I’m unsure how VR Wave handles set heights. So honestly, I’d repurchase these lenses.
