I am generally satisfied with VR Wave. The product itself is made well and fits into my Quest 3S perfectly. I love the micromagnet attachment that easily aligns and fits the prescription lenses over the lenses of the device, making it easy to install and remove. The enclosed carrying case is also high quality and a nice bonus. The customer service is also very prompt in responding to your queries. Just reach out to them via email. There are two things that I need to point out. 1) it takes over three weeks to get your product. Mine took about 3.5 weeks (and they used this freight service “gofoexpress” that I’ve never heard of but thankfully mine arrived without a hitch). 2) they enclosed lens prescription of my order but it was wrong. It was not what I inputted in the order fo nor in the uploaded prescription. I reached out to them and they told me that what they sent me was the correct prescription but the person filling out the enclosed card made an error. I’m not sure about this and have requested that they send me another card with the correct prescription. I have yet to hear back from them. But overall I am happy with the product and the prompt customer service.

The lenses are a big improvement on wearing glasses with the headset. The magnetic lenses do stick out a little so I can feel them pressing against my not but it isn't a big deal. The magnets on the lens side pulled out immediately on arrival however were not too difficult to glue back in.

I was skeptical at first due to I haven't had my eyes examined for 2 years but could still see just fine with my old prescription glasses. All I had was the numbers on the box of contacts to go by. I filled out the information by entering the numbers and to my surprise I can see perfectly without my glasses.

Amazing clarity! Very easy process! I really appreciated the attention to detail and follow up to insure that my prescription was correct.
