Meta Quest 3 lenses inserts has abbe number (V-number) up to 40, compared to industry standard of 30. The higher the abbe number indicates lower color dispersion, meaning higher clarity and better color contracts through the lenses.

These lenses are easy to install and they absolutely work great. I no longer have eye strain while playing and I no longer have to stress about the actual quest lenses now that there's protection on them. 10/10 product!
