After following the video instructions for installation I conclude that the lens base attachments are of a poor design causing the the lens and attachment base to fall out during use. I sit in a stationary position while using the headset without exerting any forces on the headset whatsoever. The lenses themselves are good and attach magnetically to their bases. They work well if their bases stay attached WHICH THEY DON'T!
Customer service wants me to create a video of me attaching the lens mounts which is difficult to do when you have nobody to hold your phone while filming. Beyond this customer service is showing little concern for a remedy, therefore I cannot recommend this product for the Quest Pro Headset. Truly these lenses could have been great if VR WAVE engineering would fix this issue.

I recently purchased your product and was impressed with the quality of the lenses themselves. However, I had a negative experience with your customer service that I feel compelled to share.
Unfortunately, the wrong bracket was sent to me, and after contacting your customer service team, I was asked to send a video explaining what had happened. I did so promptly but was disappointed when I did not receive any response from your team, despite following up multiple times. It's been some time now, and I've still not heard back from you, which has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend your product or company to any of my VR friends until you address this mishap and improve your customer service. While I still believe that the VR Wave Lenses are of good quality, it's important to me that any company I do business with treats its customers with respect and provides timely and helpful support.
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service in the future.
Received Meta Quest Pro lenses with magnet missing and a loose magnet immediately lost. Contacted VR Wave support and received message to send pictures and video showing issue did that and then silence. No response after a week. $100 blown. Beware.
The actual lenses were made to my prescription and work wonderfully. The problem I have is with the lease mounts that attach the the quest pro. They do not stay on and fall off very easily. You can not make sudden movements or I find they fall right off. The second issue with them is if they do stay on the device and you go to charge the quest pro, it will not charge. The lenses are in the way and the device can not seat properly into the charger. You must remove the lenses and mounts first. In that regard, it’s good they remove so easily. I hope they fix these issues but until then, I do not recommend these unless the above is of no concern to you.
