I share my quest pro with others - so I wanted something to protect the lenses from scratches from glasses wearers (myself included). I ordered these and they arrive within the time frame that was published. Installation was simple - just watch the short video on the website. The lenses themselves are in a magnetic frame which attaches to the base - I have had no trouble with them falling off as of yet. Overall I am very satisfied and will probably order lenses based on my to be updated prescription that I can interchange at will.
So glad you love your VR WAVE Prescription Lenses. Feedback from customers like you made this possible. Thanks for sharing your review.
The magnets are too week, the plastic bases won't stay on the head set, they take way to long to arrive and they are much too expensive.
Unfortunately there is not much choice for Quest pro prescription lenses, so had to choose these.
VR Wave don't answer queries and don't seem to put its customers first.
I would not buy from them again.

They don’t fit the lens and magnet is not strong enough on the right lens. Keep falling off. Horrible product.

I was a little skeptical about ordering these lens inserts from my Meta Quest pro. They arrived promptly in professional packaging, which made me feel great at the company has quality control in mind.
They are relatively easy to insert into my medic quest headset. There’s two parts. The “lens frame“ that clips inside of each eyepiece, and the separate lens itself, which is held on with magnets.
I guess I would say I have medium eyesight without glasses, but could never use my Meta Quest Pro properly because my glasses were too big to fit under my headset.
The lenses were cut, clean and clear with no distortions. I was blown away at the clarity! All this is a huge extra plus and well worth the minor expense.
BUT… Every time I put my headset on, one or both lenses falls out. They clip onto your eyepieces. It’s not clearly labeled which is top or bottom so you have to spend a frustrating amount of time spinning the clip around a lining the base of the inserts to sit in the lenses. I’ve been back-and-forth with the instructions to million times. Well, it finally does seem to sit in place in my Meta Quest pro, There’s no hard click that walks it into place.
If there is, it’s not obvious and I’m a technical guy, etc.
You MUST take the lenses out when putting in the base otherwise you will break them but that’s OK.
Next step is the lenses themselves. They are wonderful. Again, there is no alignment. Mark with the lenses to the base. Not a little printed mark or a notch within the plastic . Again… I’m spending a crazy frustrated amount of time trying to spin the lenses around until the magnets take cold. Remember… All I wanted to do was put on my headset and move on. That being said, the magnets are strong, but not strong enough in my opinion. When I finally get everything cleaned, aligned, and I put my headset on, I pull the headset away from my face as not to disturb the lenses, and then sit on my face.
Within a few minutes, there’s cheek imprint marks on the lenses, but that is not a fault of the lenses, rather than probably the contours of my face
Usually with a half hour or so of watching a movie or playing a VR game, I’ll turn sideways to grab a controller, lean down to pick up a controller that may have dropped on the floor and bingo… One of the lenses falls out.
Now I have to take the headset off, stop what I’m doing, grab the headset , clean the lens, put the magnetic lens onto the base, and of course… The base falls out. Sometimes one eye, sometimes both eyes.
This is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful product. There should either be a clip on the ring that holds the lens in place along with the magnets, or some sort of an alignment system so you can get these on quickly and easily.
When I buy these again, call suggested… Maybe. The product itself is excellent! The way it mounts to the meta quest i’m literally thinking of gluing the lenses to the snap on bases but then, if I do, when I push down to insert them, I may crack the lenses. Frustrating, frustrating, frustrating, frustrating on a really great product.
It is not every day that we receive feedback as detailed and thoughtful as yours. But trust us when we say that it does not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for positive feedback!
