After check out, there is a section for you to upload your prescription form. If you have your eye prescription form with you, kindly upload there/send us the form at prescription@vr-wave.store within 48 hours. For orders that do not have the form uploaded within the time frame, we will proceed to manufacture according to the information you entered on our website. We shall not bear any responsibility in case the numbers you entered are different from your prescription form in such scenario

POBOX and military address are not entertained

Due to logistic requirement, all customers with delivery address in India will have to fill in a KYC form after placing the order. The KYC form will involve submitting your Identification document. More guidance will be provided via email after your order has been placed
