SPH stands for sphere, which indicates myopia (Nearsightedness) and hyperopia (farsightedness). CYL stands for cylinder and AXS stands for Axis. For people with astigmatism, both CYL and AXS data should be provided.

The screen of VR headset emits blue light, which is a type of light ray that is detrimental to your eyes under prolong exposure. Blue light from computer screens and digital devices can decrease contrast leading to digital eyestrain. Symptoms of eyestrain include sore or irritated eyes and difficulty focusing. Also, blue light will disrupt your biological clock and disrupt your sleep cycle. People may find it hard to get to sleep because they are exposed to screens before they go to sleep.

I have had two pairs of these now, I update them as my prescription changed, and they have all been great. I did find the magnets couldn't hold in some situations but the was nothing a little super glue couldn't fix. They pop on and off easily enough as it is. If there was a non magnetic version for my headset that would be peachy for the next time I need to update. But overall as the titles says. I love them.

I am impressed with how well it looks; it's absolutely worth the price, although I had an issue where the left magnet holder for the lense did not hold itself in place. I had to carefully hold it in place with double-sided tape.
